Information submitted through the form

When you request an estimate, the website collects the information you enter, such as your name, contact information, project location and project description. It is used only to review and respond to your inquiry.

How the form is delivered

The message is processed by the website server and emailed to the two designated Ultimate Touch Painting recipients. The recipient addresses are stored in server-side PHP configuration and are not displayed in the public form.

Spam and security controls

The form uses a session-based CAPTCHA, a hidden spam field, form timing checks and rate limiting. It does not use advertising trackers or a third-party CAPTCHA provider.

Retention

The website itself does not intentionally maintain a public customer database. Inquiries may remain in the recipients’ email accounts as part of normal business correspondence.

External links

Links to Google, Facebook, YouTube and the external PPG colour visualizer are governed by those services’ privacy practices. The visualizer opens separately and is not embedded or operated by Ultimate Touch Painting.
